I am a recording and mix engineer in Nashville, Tennessee. After several years as staff engineer at Nashville’s famous Sound Emporium Recording Studios, I became freelance in 2011. Since then I’ve made records with great artists such as Buddy Miller, Don Henley, Dawes, Trisha Yearwood, and Don Williams.

I’m currently based out of Compass Records Studio, the former home of Glaser Brothers Productions, where Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Kinky Friedman and Tompall Glaser gave rise to country music’s “Outlaw” movement.

I especially enjoy working with talented indie bands and solo artists. I’d love to contribute to your next project, and can be contacted via phone at 419.512.0259 or email at gordon_hammond@hotmail.com.
